Does anybody have advice for feeling confident when you're the youngest person in the room?

Today I (24/f) was in a Zoom meeting with a group of people who were all at least ten years older than me, working on a project with them as a business founder and subject expert. It was hard not to feel like the kid in the room and feel confident speaking up. I know this is a personal issue I need to work through, but I thought I'd post here to see if anybody has advice for feeling confident in business when you're the youngest person in the room. Thanks so much :) see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
