I grew up in a small town that is currently going through a big growth phase. What are some services I could provide to ride the wave?

Some background: I work in public accounting and have done some IT admin work in the past, so that is mainly my skill set. Im not interested in opening my own firm.I've already started putting together a site in my spare time that has things such as a forum and small business directory. We already have a newspaper and chamber of commerce, but their websites look like they were made in the 90s. Before the pandemic, my town was receiving awards on a national level for how fast we are growing. The town recently was declared a "super site". That means we have access to interstate, rail, air, and ocean.Big question: What are some services I could offer that a small town would not have, but would be needed in a larger town? I've done some research, but I'd like to see what you guys have for ideas. see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
