Subcontractor Agreement for House Cleaning

Not sure if I'm in the right sub for this but I've been looking for subcontractor agreement between me (contractor) and a house cleaner (subcontractor). I own a cleaning company and going to start out with subcontractors. In this subcontractor agreement it has this section:XII. Safety. Subcontractor shall, at his/her/their own expense, be solely responsible for protecting its employees, sub-subcontractors, material suppliers, and all other persons from risk of death, injury or bodily harm arising from or in any way related to the Duties or the site where it is being performed (“Work Site”). In addition, Subcontractor agrees to act in accordance with the rules and regulations administered by federal law and OSHA. Subcontractor shall be solely responsible and liable for any penalties, fines, or fees incurred.Is this ultimately implying that the subcontractor is reliable for anything that happens while cleaning a house and that the contractor (me) won't be involved in any blowbacks? I.e. Say the cleaner lets out a homeowner's dog and it gets hit by a car, that is on the subcontractor based on this agreement and can't make me pay anything in this situation? see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
