Breakeven and scalability

My friends and me are starting a car wash in our (non-US) city. Initial plans are to have one of those manual old school car washes with 4 employees and one lift. I need some guidance if this is feasible as:Breakeven is at 50% capacity. Is this good, average or bad in the service industry?Secondly, how to scale? Even in the best case scenario we would be limited by the no. of workers and space. The only way to add revenue is to increase add-on services like oil change, repair , detailing etc. see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
