I was a B+ student, and it rubs off onto my team. Any ideas to perform at A+ levels?

B+ is second place, not bad, but it's not first place. Even when I am not the official leader, I see people are looking to me. Not sure why, maybe I'm decent looking and loud mouth.I see this in rec sports and my projects. The projects are successful, they just aren't wildly successful and don't look polished like a big Corporation.My wife is an A+ student. Everything she does is polished, perfect, and she is wildly successful. (Although if anyone wants to see a negative side to this, there are often rigid limits here. She doesn't get creative.)Does anyone know what I'm talking about? I have seen this phenomena but I'm not sure how to address it. Thank you. see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
