Hi All,Any tips for coping with entitled clients? At the end of the day, if someone is unhappy for whatever reason, even if that reason is completely unwarranted, they are a huge liability to the reputation of the business.Sometimes it feels like the only way for me to keep my business safe is to literally do anything they want. It makes me feel like I'm not standing for what's right, and the inconsiderate clients tend to get more than the considerate clients which is also unfair.
