property listing web app

My post is related to real estate domain. My thoughts:This year was my first time experience on searching for buying a house(I didnt yet) and I realized that the domain is dominated by the agencies. Furthermore, my experience with the agencies was really bad: lying about seller price, no detailed info about the house, not professional, etc.Furthermore, the difference between the buyer and seller price is more than 6%, which is a lot of money for house prices. Personally, I find the ratio 'value/money' for what an agent gives to both sides (seller, buyer) really low. Speaking with some friends that had to go through this process have negative impression for this profession(real estate agents) and next time they will try on their own. What am I not getting? Why there aren't any web platforms just for owners?Would it make a sence a platform that does not allow agents to list a property?Any experienced on real estate that could give some insight here.Thank you. see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
