Hey all! I've been working on a new SaaS app since last year when I got fired from my software engineer job because of COVID. It's a booking app that helps small business with organizing appointments, & allows their customers to book through a website that my SaaS app automatically generates for them. Here's the link: Vestra. It's been a steady but very slow growth. I'm currently only at $450 MRR, & each subscription is $25/mo. I've been doing freelancing on the side to pay for my living expenses but I'd love to have Vestra paying my living expenses. The way I got my first few sales was by going on Instagram, messaging people who would benefit from my app, like nail tech girls, tattoo artists, etc. But it's not very effective. I don't put much effort into it, & I also suck at sales. I spent a little bit on Google Ads ($200) & only got like 1 new subscriber. I know I should be spending more, but my budget doesn't currently allow it.Another issue I have is with user onboarding. I see a lot of people signing up for the 7-day trial, but they don't do anything to set their account up. They just sign up & leave. What can I do to take my app to $3-5k by the end of next quarter? Here are some ideas I had in mind:Changing the app to completely free, instead of $25/mo, get about 500-1000 users, & later change the pricing back to $25/mo for new users. I feel like this would work since I would now have 500-1000 websites with my "Powered by Vestra link".Focus all my time on Instagram sales, not just 1 hour a day. What would you do in this situation? Thank you in advance. I also apologize for any naivety. see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
