I started doing private consulting on the side about a month ago. I started advertising maybe two weeks ago and have earned $15,000 in said timeframe. My problem is getting clients.I am offering accounting services to restaurants/bars (hospitality industry) that are covid-19 related. There is a particular credit that I am helping clients calculate that leads to tens of thousands, if not hundreds of thousands of dollars in credit that is refunded from the IRS as an overpayment.Anyways, no one is really offering this service right now. My day job is managing an accounting firm as the payroll manager/ACH coordinator. We are the only firm in the state tackling this. While I do not earn anything at work for these calculations, I started consulting outside of work that is proving to be fruitful.Anyways, the four clients I had so far were found through Instagram. One was a direct message that reeled them in; the other three came as referrals.
