Question

I want to start a photo and video production company, I need two co founders to help, one would do the videography, editing, and motion graphics, the other would handle photos and graphics, while I handle the marketing and getting of leads and customers.. it would be evenly split 3 ways. The reason I need the cofounders would be because I’m okay at these things, but not the greatest, and I want to deliver professional work to clients and customers. My question is this, is there a way I could make this work? Or would it better to just get the leads myself then hire as needed keeping the 100% of equity?Just curious really, thanks for any help.. see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
