Cleaning Business Pricing Questions

I'm 20 and have been running a cleaning business since January this year and have been pricing homes of different sizes (# of beds and baths) based off of average prices of other business's cleaning rates or hourly for jobs that are interested in a deeper cleaning or lots of extra things cleaned within. Now that I've got 3 employees, the pace for jobs and pricing has picked up and I realize how foolish it is to guess how long it'll take per job and quoting that price which is hit or miss. I'd much rather have a chart for all of our pricing and pricing for extra things within jobs.I'm interested to know how you'd price jobs if you were running a cleaning business, or how you currently price jobs if you do run one. Also how you factor in cleaning ovens, fridges, windows, baseboards, cabinets & drawers. Whether you have packages with set price points and terms and conditions or if you bill hourly or charge what the average time is for set sizes of homes. And if you have the info, what your profit / fixed costs / labor breakdown for jobs are.I currently shoot for;labor equating to 50% of job cost, fixed costs and supplies 20%,profit 30%Thank you in advance. see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
