I have accepted a position at a new bank 2 months ago… and i can’t believe what have just happened today.

It is a new bank that started last year and still has not started working yet. Will open in 5 months according to the plan. ($30 million paid capital)So tomorrow is my first board of directors meeting and I am supposed to present some numbers.I was in the meeting room today with the President of the bank and the head of the IT Department.While working on the presentation, the goal and vision subject came in.I was listening to the conversation between the bank President and the IT guy. The President asked the IT guy to write anything he feels nice and professional for the goal and vision section on the presentation.I was sooo shocked. They don’t have any goals at all. They just want to establish a a bank and start working.How in the f**k you could start a $30 Mill company with out a Goal in mind ??? I’m still in shock see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
