Hey everyone,Context:My team has completed developing the UI/UX wireframe and identifying the key features to develop as MVP. We feel ready to outsource the development of the MVP using upwork.Question:I was wondering how the MVP development process looks like after the idea and wireframe phase? My team and I have been stumped because we're planning to outsource MVP development and want to be as prepared as possible for any agency we end up hiring. But, besides generic advice about AGILE and SCRUM, we haven't been able to get an idea of what project managers and developers experience when actively doing the development. How is it categorised into small achievable milestones? what is the usual scale for MVP development? Is there an industry standard or is it case by case and more of a collaborative effort between the client and agency?Any advice is greatly appreciated.
