A good friend and his family have bought a cafe near a decently busy road that has a passing customer base of commuters, holiday goers (caravans and camping) and truck drivers (although there is a national shortage of them here in the UK at present). They also get a lot of workmen there. It has a good kitchen and about 30-50 seats. They have a good reputation for Full English breakfasts. Outside he has built a seating area with 2 little huts he plans to do pizza or ice cream and coffee out of them next summer. The carpark is pretty big and has space to park maybe 20 HGVs. I don't know the exact acreage.Opportunities we have discussed:Open on the evenings as a restaurant / evening meals / takeaway.Get the truck stop element sorted (shower block toilets etc) but he has put cameras up and signed up to a service to advertise as a truckstop).Have a storage facility but there is an abundance of shipping container storage places locally already and would take up truck space.Any idea how I could help maximise potential? Any ideas we have missed?Cheers see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
