I'm studying business structures right now and think I want to give all my employees some degree of ownership in my companies (for reasons I will not specify) but sadly would not be able to directly take advantage of flow-through corporate entities, that would stop me from getting double taxation.I'm curious as to if I could create both an S corp and a C corp, have full ownership over the S corp, have the S corp start off with full ownership of the C corp, then employees can get stock in the C corp over time. Distribution in the form of dividends would be sent from the C corp to the stock owners, of which the S corp would be the majority shareholder of.Then of course I'd fully own the S corp so the dividend money should be indirectly transferred to me.Would this be a feasible solution for me to be able to let my employees get stock benefits and at the same time have the benefits of a flow-through tax entity? see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
