Honestly the people in seller support don't seem to understand anything, and seem to pretty much read from a script. I can usually solve little problems on my own, but when I have something complicated, I need help - but the staff at seller support just don't seem to ever have the ability to understand or solve anything complicated.I have a problem that has cost me about $5000 because Amazon made a stupid mistake with one of my products- it's a simple problem with a simple resolution, but I just cannot get someone one the phone who seems to have half a brain, and that's all it would take to resolve this.Is there any way at all to contact someone at Amazon who can help get something resolved? I'm going crazy here and it's costing me a lot of money leaving it unresolved.Or maybe there is another level of account (I have a professional account with Amazon Business) that I can pay for that will get me better service? see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
