Help! Stripe is threatening to close my business account within 5 days

Specifically, they have said we are unable to accept payments for investment opportunities or other services that promise high rewards as mentioned here: https://ift.tt/3hUfous built a platform and community to help early-stage founders raise capital. I suppose it is a promise of high rewards but hardly a get rich quick scheme as insinuated. At best, I'm an online accelerator but charge between $50-$100 per month instead of taking 5-10% of your business. At worst, I'm an online course with extras e.g. 1-1s and a service to build an investor list. I launched 3 months ago, have 40 customers and 0 churn - just one failed payment. Reviews have been very favourable. 1 person wasn't convinced of the value after a two-week trial so I offered them 2 months free instead. That's the only negativity I have received to date. I have built and continue to build tools to help founders such as a pitch deck assessment tool (launched) and a matchmaking service (not launched but working on it)I have no idea what is wrong and Stripe are being cagey. Frustrating as I can't adapt if I don't know why I've been flagged. I've offered to show proof all my testimonials are real and show them what's 'underneath the hood' to prove this isn't a scam or anything. This is my hero copy - Find Out How To Get Investors To Say Yes. [COMPANY NAME] was birthed out of the frustrations every founder faces when raising outside capital. It's nuanced, lonely and complex. Equip yourself with the right framework to avoid common mistakes and give yourself the best chance of success. Get the support you need to close your round and go back to doing what you love - running your business. Hardly unfair, predatory, or deceptive as they claim but maybe I'm missing something? Is this common for Stripe to do?In any case, under the assumption Stripe will close my account I have to build a new website with a new payment provider. Easy enough, just a lot of work. This is especially true as I had automated so much already. My biggest concern is how to migrate 40 customers seamlessly from Stripe to a new payment provider, I don't even know where to start with that one but I guess I'll find out within the next 5 days. Pointers in the right direction would be appreciated if you have any. see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
