Instagram is mentally draining me, is there any apps/tools to help manage it a bit?

My biggest downfall is keeping up engagement on social media, not to get more business, more followers etc but mentally I feel so guilty because I am shocking at thanking people who take the time to leave a nice comment on my work, I rarely go on social media except to actually post something.Is there anything out there that might help manage replying to comments and keeping up to date with them? I dont want bots or automated tools, but I would love to save comment templates of some replies I am always typing (ie someone says love your work! A simple 'thanks so much' template is saved and I can reply with that) and also a window that shows all comments that I haven't replied to in one spot without the noise, does such a thing exist?I will still be reading replies and engaging if people ask questions etc, its just the mundane same replies that are killing me :( see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
