For context he is the owner of Alibaba. It's my biggest pet peeve when he get given time to talk at conferences and give stupid answers and even worse advice. He constantly says, "work hard"...Gee would never have thought of that, you changed my life. I can see why Elon Musk refuses to be on a panel with him again he has no expertise at all, he just copied a business and by sheer luck it took off.
