Nonprofit team and co founders

Hello All,I had some volunteering work done in free time, which is moving to direction of nonprofit, we have couple partnerships with local businesses which want to support my efforts by donation of their employees time or money. Issue is they want me to be official nonprofit. Every person who interacted with me during volunteering or heard what I am doing wants to donate or join in.When building team for nonprofit what are key differences. Obviously there no shareholders what do you "give away" to attract cofounders, obviously people who wants to join are not there for profit or any gains. There is board of directors , what are key roles you have to fill first? When bring people in what is equivalent of founders agreement for nonprofit? There is lots of information for for profit startups , but not that much for nonprofit. see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
