Any online communities for discussion among business owners and entrepreneurs?

Over the past few years, I've been running a small online business in tech (specifically content management system solutions for other businesses).It's a fully remote business and especially now with this pandemic, I'm finding myself unmotivated without much interest in the company.What has helped me immensely with motivation before is connecting with other business owners, entrepreneurs, and tech people. I would often attend conferences and such but this is not possible these days.I guess what I'm seeking is a face-to-face online community/platform where business founders, entrepreneurs, and others across various sectors and industries come together. Since I'm in tech, maybe something specific to tech would be great. Maybe one that hosts something like video conferences and such. Would love to meet new people in the tech space.Does anyone know of any such platforms/communities/organizations that operate online?
