Need help with online jewelry business

I just launched my online jewelry business about a week ago- aside from 2-3 close friends, haven’t had any other sales. I know it’s still pretty new, I’m promoting it on Instagram (paid ads). I’ve had about 600+ visitors to my website (from a giveaway I’m currently doing), but 0% conversion rate.I offer dainty jewelry- I get good feedback in the sense people like it, it’s good quality, and very reasonable pricing.
