B2B Networking Business Idea

Hey everyone,I am a 23 year old recent college grad with a B.S. in Political Science who has been working an entry level corporate sales position for the past 7 months since graduating. I want to try my hand at entrepreneurship while I am young. I currently have no debt/major responsibilities and roughly 120K in the bank/stocks.My idea is a B2B networking company that will sell a service that will link foreign companies with American companies (And possibly other foreign companies) to facilitate business. Such as linking foreign companies with the best ad agencies/social media marketing agencies to gain traffic for them or linking a manufacture with a cheaper supplier of plastics that they need in their production line. Once a company becomes a customer (it will either be a one time purchase or a yearly subscription. Still haven't decided) then they will have access to a website to link them with companies and a sales rep with our company to help them if they have any questions.I have seen the success that door to door sales can have in the corporate world/with county/city government. I plan to hire sales reps in each country I establish a foothold in (might start with Jamaica since it's the same time zone and they speak English) I have already created a basic business plan and a SWOT analysis. Really my biggest challenges right now are:Figuring out how to even research what my competition is and what the market for such a company is.Finding competent/honest sales reps in foreign countries. And how to go about monitoring/training them without having to live in the country.Creating the actual product/ designing the service (I haven't actually sat down to do this yet but mentally I am a little stumped on how I should go about doing this.)Finding a good business partner. (I was in a fraternity in college but as of right now I don't have any super promising guys willing to. And TBH I am a little scared to start this business on my own.)I am curious what you all think and to hear any advice you may have. Thanks! see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
