
Hi all - I'm looking to launch a business in the coming months - on it's own it's structured to be reasonably profitable if owner operated, but that is not my long term goal. I would like to fairly quickly prove the market and scale upwards.I know that organic growth is the best in terms of predictability, so I'm looking to influence that as much as possible.The industry is in quick serve food, it is a market with very little existing brands (most competition operates as "mom and pop." Startup costs are very low, market is reasonably untouched.For those who have grown to multiple locations - what did you do, or would you have done differently from the beginning in order to facilitate multiple locations or quick growth?Thanks in advance, see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
