How do I share my knowledge profitable-ish?

Hi, I'm a so called expert in my field. It's a very niched software used in construction. I remember it being hard to find answers online if I had questions regarding problems with the software or similar softwares. Due to it being niched as heck, and that the company that makes it pretty much have total monopoly of the entire market.I'm thinking about starting a blog where I at first preemptively write articles on problems I've already noted down in the past and add a youtube channel to those article where I can demonstrate easier. And then continue to add articles when I encounter I more problems or questions down the line.If so I would have 1) a blog which would generate traffic due to low competition 2) a connected youtube channel to double dip traffic from a single article, both ways, youtube -> blog / blog -> youtubeIn addition to this I've accumulated a bunch of guidence documents for other co-workers, I added them a together and the word count ended up around 27000 words, give or take. Would I be too optimistic to think that this material could be refined into a course? If so it could be on the site behind a paywall. Or would I be better or to provide this for free along side the youtube channel for even more circulating traffic?Hope someone is willing to lend me their 5 cents on the matter. Cheers! see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
