
So everyone has a different primary motivation. I would say most have theirs as money. There's also freedom/mobility, desire to create and then something like fame. For many this might not even be their motivation at first, but it could end up taking over. For example, I'm going to assume there are lots of chefs who might be motivated by being known as the owner of a presitgious restaurant or a top chef.How many of you would say you are largely motivated by being seen as high status?I have a B2B business that expanded to B2C during COVID and I have to say I really started to feel motivated by becoming known as "the best" in the consumer's eyes. I wanted to offer the best service and I wanted raving reviews and tons of followers/high engagement.
