1100+ people visited my online store, and not a SINGLE sale. What am I doing wrong?

I just launched a small online Jewelry business - www.joysnjems.com about 2 weeks ago. IG @joysnjemsA bit about the business:I sell dainty/elegant jewelry designs, I design them and my supplier handcrafts them.All material is made of sterling silver or stainless steel and plated in 18k gold, some double gold platedAll material is lead and nickel freeI mainly promote through Instagram, paid ads on some posts but other than a few likes, it doesn’t really do muchMy target market is women aged 16-34, with income of at least $45k, they’re in intricate/dainty/handcrafted jewelry designsThe feedback I get through IG is that people love the designsI ship to USA, Canada, & Mexico.I’ve reached out to a few fashion influencers with 5k to 10k followers, some got back to me but were demanding more money for the post which I can’t afford at the moment. So one of them agreed to do a post for me next month for $50 + some free jewelry designs.I’ve done a giveaway worth $200 for this month of Christmas just to gain some followers on insta and gets newsletter sign ups- I did gain followers, but engagement is low, and also only 10 email sign ups.I used Shopify to build my store and it looks ok to me but I’m not sure what I’m missing- I probably need major feedback.a problem with shipping - I use USPS, it was the cheapest option but also the worst for international customers. I charge flat rate $10 for international customers (when in reality it’s usually between $12 - $18) I absorb the rest of the cost. And flat $5 for US customers.I’ve only had 3 sales from close friends who live in Canada. I shipped out their items back on Dec.10, and they still haven’t received it- so shipping is a huge problem at this point EVEN after absorbing the costs. I’m sure my friends are secretly annoyed but they won’t tell me because they’re trying to support my business.The real problem is so far I’ve had 1100 people visit my online store, and not a SINGLE person decided to purchase anything. It’s really sad.I need serious help. What am I doing wrong? I know I’m new to this retail niche, but how do you convert traffic into sales? I really want this to work and will do the work.
