Hi everyone, so i'm starting small wings take out business with friend of mine and wanted to share and ask for any suggestions and recommendations for first time in such business.Some background: We both work in IT but are huge fans of hot wings which are very rare to buy in our town(200,000 population)For start we are thinking of very basic menu with 12 types of chicken wings.
