Chargebacks... should i be worried?

I read about the whole VCR initiative and VROL. Seems like a great thing for merchants. I'm worried about chargebacks because I am dropshipping; if I had to simply give money back that I had received from a customer, to me that's not much of a loss (except the chargeback fees and such). But when dropshipping, you obviously lose that money (your profits) as well as still paying the supplier. For an expensive item, that would be a real issue for me, I am young and not exactly able to take risks with my bank account currently. For example, if I sold an item that I had to buy for £100, I would lose the money from the customer, and still have paid £100 to the supplier, that would put me down £100 into my own spending (plus fees).TL:DR, how much of a problem are chargebacks nowadays? does the VCR initiative pretty much solve these issues? and what about when accepting other cards, does VCR cover that? would using only paypal be a wise option? see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
