Looking for software/website advice.

Hi guys I have a service business (cleaning) and I'm wanting to build a website that I can use to sell the service, charge, invoice, bill etc. As well as attaching some external docs too and ideally be able to do it all via the back-end of the website remotely from my phone or tablet.I need to add things to the bill such as written reports and images, pdfs and so on or have it all integrated. My business is commercial and I do a lot of outdoor work for the city so sometimes they want to see which roads and paths the litter was on that I cleaned. So what I do is use my Garmin and I just save the map of my day as pdfs and attach those to an email with any pictures I take of the litter. I bundle All of that together with a written report in word doc that I also save to PDF, attach the invoice and email it all off. It's not hard it's just cumbersome and klunky. If I could have a website with a front end and back-end that allowed my customers to just select the service and pay for it there and then and allowed me to do the rest in the back-end remotely with an internet connection while I'm out on the road that would be awesome. Currently I have to wait till I'm home in front of the laptop to do all that.I know there are a ton of tools websites, services and software that can do all this I'm just looking for some real life experience or recommendations. Thanks Guys. see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
