Are some people simply not built for business? Is there any genetic aspect to being a successful business person or is it mostly a cultural thing?

I’ve been thinking about what would happen if everyone had the same ambition and education that allowed them to think like a business person. Say everyone automatically had the same access to information, the same level of talent, and everyone worked as hard as possible given the amount of hours in a day.Would this create a scenario where there was simply too much competition and people basically never could become “rich”. I know this is not how the world really is, but it’s a thought I’ve had lately.I’ve been successful (financially) in life and I sometimes feel guilty. I just don’t know if it’s genetic or how I was raised, but business really comes naturally to me. As does working long hours and enjoying it. It makes me wonder what would happen if everyone worked as hard as possible and had the same talents. What would the world look like? Would entrepreneurship exist as it does now, or would it basically be a bunch of monopolies who were first to market controlling the economy? see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
