I started my company, TESBROS (A Tesla accessory company), about two years ago while still working my full-time job. I would work from 7-7 PM for my main job and then crank out vinyl accessories from 8-3 AM then do it over again. It was a grind but I loved it.Since then, we've grown and I was able to go full time shortly after we started but what's been a thorn as we scale was how to bring in the right people to the company. Here's what we've tried so far and it has helped but I know it's really important to get this right to continue to scale.-Create core values for the company and have a clear direction of where we're going. If they don't fit the core value, don't interview them-Doing a 90 day trial period where they are assessed. This is important for both the employer and employee. Review at the end of the 90 days.-Operate using Entrepreneurial Operating System to keep everyone accountableThese tremendously helped but we are still struggling to keep the right folks. There have been some who have been really good from the start but starts to get worse as time goes and it ends up not working out.Looking for suggestions on how you bring in the right people in your company as you scale. Thank you in advance. see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
