Hello everyone! I am currently owning my parents' business and things are going pretty well. Right now I am trying to find someone who is a perfect fit for a sales position, since we are trying to "step back" and manage the things from "the back". The problem there is that I don't know where to search for that person and how do I create a connection with him, since he will be our first ever employee, also how do I manage all these things? I am at the beginning but currently as the things are right now, I am doing a pretty well job I say. Nor my parents know these things and I don't know where to seek for help. We have a huge advantage since our goods are unique in my country and there are not too many competitors. Can you help me with concrete things?
