Quick question regarding app building/web development with no experience

Hello, so I have an idea for an app/website. However I got an issue, first the idea already exists. Second I dont know how to code... To address the first issue ive research the competition and noticed:The apps are out of date and havent been updated in yearsThey are extremely expensive or quite pricey for the needs of the app.The app itself is fine but has problems connecting, logging in, etc.there is some room for new features and intergration, based off what I’ve read. So, I think I want to do this as a fun project. However, I have no experience in coding... Currently I am learning HTML/CSS on code academy (nearly completed with the beginners html course). What should I do here? Continue teaching myself web development and develop a site for my idea? Or should I hire someone to build an app first? I just need some guidance if anyones ran into this issue before (also I am willing to learn app building but id like to understand the fundamentals of web development first) see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
