Should I start hiring before MVP is ready?

We are an online delivery business that will require a fleet of delivery drivers. We hope to launch our MVP soon to the public but I would say we are about 90% ready - there are still a few crucial development points that need fixing. However I do not want to start hiring after the MVP is done as the hiring process may take a further 2-3 weeks dependent on how many drivers we onboard, which further delays MVP validation. I want to be ready to launch as soon as MVP is ready and has been tested with a full fleet of drivers on standby.My concern is we currently do not have a website as it’s under construction and I fear that this may make our business illegitimate to potential delivery drivers. I was also hoping to post on job sites such as Indeed etc prior to being MVP-ready.What are everyone’s thoughts? see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
