Hello,I’m putting together a business proposal on a concept for investors. It’s going to take x million dollars to get off the ground, there is a market, and the concept is financially feasible to make a profit after 5 years. I know that funding is generally done in rounds but that’s about it. If I wanted to do a starting round to generate, say, $250k, how much of the company do I offer to investors for that?
