Our upcoming efforts will be put into developing an MVP within 6-12 months, exploring professional partnerships & interest, and landing any potential investments. How would you divide equity amongst the 3 considering their experience, value, and work so far?1️⃣ Co-founder #1 -- Current C-suite executive (Chief Strategist) with high social IQ and networking relationships. Has been a part of 2 startup exits. Has scouted and set up meetings with key individuals (advisors, engineers, etc...). Will be focused on getting resources, scouting talent, and business strategy.2️⃣ Co-founder #2 -- Original idea founder. Designer/coder/visionary. Main innovator of all product features, designs, prototypes, mission values, and ideas for revenue generation. Will be coding MVP with other non-cofounders, pioneering any future designs/ideation, and leading product/~business strategy.3️⃣ Co-founder #3 -- Current VC. Fleshed out business strategy and will be engaging in sales & partnerships.BONUS QUESTION: What CxO titles (if any) would you assign to whom and why? see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
