My wife and I just sold our rental unit and came out with a nice little profit of around $270K. We have other investments and would like to turn this into an additional income stream. I would be curious to know what this sub would do with this money?Our initial thought is to looking at acquiring a small family-owned business with a group of investors in the SDE range of $500k - $3M.
