As a solopreneur, can you suggest ways to better organise me when working across multiple unrelated projects?

Hi. I have recently left my job and started working on my personal projects. While doing this, I kind of handling multiple things now. To give you an example, I freelance for some projects to earn a basic living, I work on my personal projects in algo-trading, and I also joined some open source communities in the crypto space as they seemed interesting. You can call this phase of my life "exploring". My goal is to get my hands as dirty as possible and gain knowledge across multiple things so that I can gain enough knowledge and finally choose what I want to focus on.Now, here are the problems I face in my present work style:Sometimes I find something very interesting, my brain keeps chatting with me about it. I might lag behind other deliverables because of this. How do I de-focus on something interesting and focus on something un-interesting but urgent/important?I want to organise and allocate if the needed time for 2/3 projects in a day. I make to-do lists now. But I want some way to reflect on broadway too. Like, periodically checking how I am spending time and on which am spending time. I can maintain a book and manually track this, but reaching out to you if there are tools that can give me this analytics when working across multiple projects. In addition to work-related things, I need to keep myself engaged in other important things, like working out.Thank you in advance. see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
