Hi all,We use Zendesk Sell for sales pipeline management and customer relation management (we use a separate system for support etc). It used to be called Base CRM and we've been using it for 7 years or so.The API, connectivity, support and service reliability has always been terrible, even more since Zendesk took over. We're heavily automated via API and Zapier but it has endless business disrupting issues with disconnecting, user authentication and data consistency/reliability.Mostly due to our automation we only have a few sales staff who actively use it, but it's pretty important for our sales flow records when the automations update it as a central data store of customer data and sales.I tried exporting to Pipedrive but the import failed and 2 weeks of troubleshooting led nowhere, so it's seems exports may be hard from the Sell platform. We have a somewhat sizable, too much for a manual migration, database of "Deals" (lead and sales records) and contacts with their notes and tasks etc. Perhaps 8k+ contacts, and as many deals and tasks etc.Salesforce is to cumbersome, we just need something simple with a super clean and intuitive UI/UX for contact management, note taking, sales tasks, lead/deal sources tracking and sales pipeline progression. It needs to be reliable and connective, such as a public API and preferably Zapier also.I've tired several systems, but all seem either over complicated, hard to map an import from Sell or unconnected. At this point I've been considering a database/spreadsheet Airtable or Notion, and abandoning our old data for reference only while we move onto new system.Any suggestions about using Airtable or equivalents or CRM recommendations? see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
