Is it wrong to hire someone entirely on commissions to start?

Hello!I posted here a few days ago asking about commission structures. I am curious if it would be negative to offer someone a position that is 100% commission with the caveat that it is a really good commission %.My company is in software development and I bring it a lot of business and I can't handle the amount of sales type work that is coming through my door and develop/manage people. So I am sort of just leaving that money on the table which is no good.I'd be willing to give upwards of 30% of whatever sales they bring in. Thoughts? see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
