Newsletter idea but lack experience to make it happen

I wasn't really sure where to turn with this one, so I hope this is the right sub. If there is a better sub to post this in, please let me know.I want to write a monthly, free newsletter to cheer people up.I want to share links to blogs, websites, videos, pretty much anything to give people some joy. The trouble is, I have no idea how to even begin building an email list.Am I being naive in thinking this is a good idea? It's not about making money for me, it's about doing something good.I don't want to start a blog, as that would be too time-consuming. Maybe I could set up a Twitter and Instagram accounts and find subscribers there?I don't know what I'm doing, but I'd like to figure this out.Thank you. see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
