What are the biggest factors that contribute to success?

I always see YouTube videos about successful entrepreneurs talking about their journeys and how they got to where they are but I still don't understand how some people do it. For one, anyone can work hard but get nothing in return. Someone can have an incredible amount of passion. Someone could have a great idea but no money. Someone could have a great team of experienced people but work doesn't get done on time. Someone could have money but no connections or good ideas. Someone could have all these things but still fail. I think you see my point. I don't expect any concrete examples from a post on reddit but what do you guys think is one of the most important factors? Is it just luck? see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
