Any college entrepreneurs?

Hi guys, I am a college student who want to start an inter-collegiate startup community. The purpose is to connect college entrepreneurs across the world to share resources of incubators, accelerators, fundings, and so on. You can even group with students with similar ideas from different colleges to possibly apply for multiple incubators instead of only one. While there are already intercollegiate entrepreneurship program existed, the program only limits to 3-5 colleges with strict application.
