How do you go about getting your own Package-Forwarder in China?

I am just curious as it seems the best way to do things, like some suppliers on Alibaba quote way more than others for DDP, and it seems it just comes down to what tricks and the different ways their forwarders do their shipments.I'm just wondering how you would even get one, thats trustworthy and you can use for any packages and bulk orders you make, as you can get the suppliers to ship it straight to your forwarder who just sends it to you (for me, Australia). But yeah I would have no clue how to go about getting one, and getting one that at least speaks English or I can use translation services with that work for me, I guess its more-so the trust too, if I sent them $1000's of dollars worth of stuff, that it'll still get here haha.Thanks! :) see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
