Where could I look to hire someone to manage my business’s mail?

So basically, I run a small e-commerce business that I’m able to manage remotely, and so I’ve decided to move abroad. I’m looking for someone to receive the mail I formerly received at my office, open and photograph documents, and send them to me digitally. This is intended as a small side job that will take probably less than an hour a week. However, I’d like to pay well in exchange for reliability and fast turnaround. I’ve used online virtual sites in the past, but they are slow and have lost mail in the past.I intend to pay 15 dollars per mail (opened and sent digitally) and 30 dollars per mail forward + shipping (I only rarely need the original physical copy).I’m just not sure where to post to find interested candidates.
