Thinking of going into a small scale pet food/shop business in India, however not sure about the investment and risks entailed. (Personally, I don't have deep pockets and I will be putting in my savings) Also, competition from rapidly growing online businesses is on the rise hence I'm wondering if anyone shops local?) What are the niche areas that can be developed for the pet owners target market to create differentiation from e-comm suppliers who discount as well as deliver?
