Hey everyone! I so appreciate your help with my other question, and I have been working on a website and opening a physical space for my company. For the website, I'm looking into finding investors.I'm in the beauty industry sector. In a former position I had, I was working for a startup company(it lost funding)in the aesthetic field. So I do have a direct connection to an investment firm that is in that sector.My question is, how does this investment thing work; do they get a percentage of sales forever, do they get their investment back and interest, like a loan? I realize that maybe its both, but I want to know what the most common thing is so I do not get taken advantage of.I truly appreciate all of your answers.
