First b2b business - basic questions about payments?

Hi Guys,I'm a dumb 18 year old trying to build my first "business".It's an email newsletter and we make money through newsletter sponsorships (companies putting their ad copy at the top of our newsletter).I just signed my first sponsorship and it's $1000. This is for 1 week of advertisements in the newsletter.I just have some questions around how to process it.Can I just create an invoice on PayPal and email them a link to the invoice? Or would that be considered unprofessional (and I should use something else)?Should I create a contract or something? $1000 is obviously a pretty small amount so I don't think they're expecting some kind of a contract? Or would they? When should I expect payment by? We agreed on the deal on Friday and the sponsorship is for next week. So should I expect payment by 30 days since Friday (yesterday)? 30 days after the sponsorship ends? Is that too lenient? Too stringent? Thanks a lot guys! see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
