How do I begin Property Preservation in North Florida

Hello everybody, my name is Michael and just a little backstory here. A few years ago I was friends with my good buddy who went to work with his stepdad every now and doing property preservation (sometimes I tagged along and got a hundred bucks). From what I understood at the time, they bid on foreclosed properties and if they get it we went to the property with the weed whacker, trailer, etc. and basically cleaned the yard and inside of the house up. Also replaced a combination lock on the front door if I remember correctly. I loved this type of work, we got to keep anything left in the house that was of any interest of us- everything else got tossed out and hauled away. It's interesting looking through peoples belongings and I'm a hard worker. Here's my question- how could I get into this type of business? If my friends stepdad could do it (NOT the brightest lightbulb in the lamp store) I guarantee I can do it- I just need guidance. What type of licenses would I have to apply for? It would just be 'me' doing these jobs on paper, my friends helping me zoom through the jobs under the table if things go well... I have mostly everything equipment-wise I would need. A Truck, trailer, chainsaws, a weedwhacker, lawnmower, you get the gist. I'm 18 and very technologically fluent but as I said I'm lost as to where to get started. Please ask any questions that would help you help me- I know I probably didn't list much information that's needed. see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
